I tried my hand at it but couldn't get consistent results, if anyone wants to take a look besides me I was doing a break on read on the Skill address which is what sets the critical rate.

Aw bummer. So any of fire emblem will do always critical hit than FE:TSS? One of I know is Wii version does have it but other both team. Player and Enemy.

I will try again when I have free time but mine also affects both teams but I might be able to make it player team only.
