Regional Lockouts for SNES?

As most people know, its possible to play Japanese games in the menu of the PAR. Just for fun, I put the list of games below to try it & it brought me to a lockout screen. I was wondering if anyone knows any lockout codes to play the Japanese version of some of the US games:

Street Fighter 2
Hammerlock Wrestling
Tuff E Nuff
Saturday Night Slam Masters

I haven't tested any others out, but I'll check to see if others also have a lockout screen.

Im sure this has nothing to do with it but...
Sometimes if you have a broken or damaged SNES controller, the game won't load. I forgot the message that pops up on the screen but I just know that if you have an old SNES controller and it's damaged, some games may not work when you have the controller plugged in. I believe the message says something like the game you are trying to play is a copy etc.

No, the message that is usually displayed will say something to the effect that "this game can't be played on this system". I was just wondering if there are codes out there that can bypass that screen like with many of the Sega Genesis games.

I had Japanese version of Street Fighter 2, I used it on Game Genie (USA) in SNES (USA) without problems.
(Note: I cut the plastic tabs prevents you from insert Japanese Carts)

I'm sorry, I didn't mean Japanese / US versions. I meant PAL & NSTC versions. I know that the tabs kept most Japanese carts out of the American SNES systems.

When you take an NTSC game, plug it into a PAR, & use the option to play a PAL cart, it'll give you that message. However, I used it on Combatribes & it allowed me to play the game & I didn't notice any changes.

Nintendo did added 3 lockout schemes:

1. cartridge slot size and tab placement.

2. CIC chip inside the console. (its same as the 10NES Chip, will reset the unit in a loop)

3. Game itself can check for the CIC chip or Hz speed (aka PAL protection)
and will display "THIS GAME PAK IS NOT DESIGNED FOR YOUR SUPER FAMICOM OR SUPER NES."

I assuming the PAR2's PAL cart mode is emulating the PAL CIC chip, also assuming that Combatribes has no checks.

If it's a USA SNES, which is NTSC, playing Japanese games (also NTSC) doesn't require changing any region setting in the PAR 2 menu. The games should play without any warning messages.

I know. I was just wondering if there was a code that allowed you to take that NTSC game & play it in a PAL setting (like with some of the Sega Genesis titles).
