I'll use this code as an example:

0005D3 02

Ignore that first two zeros. You want to insert the address and the value. The address are the four digits after the first two zeroes. So the address is 05D3

The value is the last two digits, which is 02

So for Nestopia, all you have to do is enter 05D3 in the address slot and enter 02 in the value slot.

Then just click "Submit".
