NOTE: These codes make you play as whoever you designate regardless of who you choose. These codes will change the clothing and sometimes the hair color & skin tone depending on who you select. For example: If you use "06" to play as Bret Hart & choose Mr. Perfect, you'll play as Bret Hart with blue wrestling attire. Its just according to the color of the person you chose.

NOTE: This will cause a match to be what you designate regardless of what is chosen. If you use "04" as your value, DO NOT go to the wrestler select screen. This will cause the game to crash. Instead, just hit start on the controller It should take you directly into a match where you are playing as Randy Savage against Razor Ramon. Mr. Perfect is standing on the apron in your corner, A red Yokozuna is with the referee (and sounds like the ref when he's hit), & there is a shadow version of Randy Savage outside the ring on the right. This match is glitchy & doesn't always work.

NOTE: This can allow two players to play a any kind of tournament, even a one-on-one. The way this works is set the value to "01" select to play a One-on-One tournament. Player 1 will get to choose his character, then Player 2 will choose his character. If Player 2 looses, it goes to the next match. Player 2 will get to control all of Player 1's opponents. Don't use value "02" for a One-on-One match or it will cause the game to freeze.

NOTE: This can allow you to play a tournament while playing a Triple Tag Team match. The difference is the match is a brawl (with no referee) & you face the same opponents over & over.

NOTE: When you set the value to "00" this is the absolute easiest setting. The opponent will offer almost no resistence during a grapple. When you set the value to "0B' the is extremely difficult. The opponent is almost impossible to beat in a grapple.

I found a couple of strange codes. They do separate things, but when you put them together, it does something completely different:

Theme music doesn't play during character selection screen

NOTE: Normally when you stay at a wrestler's picture for a second or two, you'll hear his theme. However, with this code, the game music fades out & there's no music at all.

Game / Theme Music plays constantly during character select

NOTE: When you are selecting a wrestler, the game music or theme music will constantly play even if you keep it on one wrestler.

Wrestler's theme plays instantly once you see his picture

NOTE: If you use this code during a match involving a referee, up to four people will enter the ring. You can pin anyone or eliminate them by throwing them out. If you eliminate you opponent, the match will end with the remaining three wrestlers raising their arms as if they won too.
