Sonic CD (EU) secret stuff

I'd like to request codes to enable some secret features of this game:
Stage Select
Debug Mode
Secret Special Stage

Also, please suggest me an emulator/cheating program that can use those codes!

When i try to add cheats the emulator come up with an error message:
"You must load a Master System, GameGear or Genesis/MegaDrive game before using Game Genie".

Yes, of course.

It doesn't matter if the SCD had some support for cheats.
Emulators can easily modify RAM memory of running games.


BTW it seems no emulator currently supports cheating with SCD,
and i've found 2 possible workarounds:
1. use external memory editor programs, like ArtMoney;
2. statically patch the ISO, like Mezmorize did.
Personally I prefer the 2nd solution.

I believe there is an emulator that will search for and support all SCD (and 32x) RAM addresses. It's called Gens_9.5b.

I've verified that SCD cheats works in Gens/GS too!
