  • GG Codes for Super Mario All Stars - SNES

    Super Mario Brothers

Can't die by falling into pits
    ABAC-0FAA
NOTE: When you fall into a pit, you'll reappear falling from the top of the screen. DON"T do the when in Bowser's castle or you'll get stuck.
CREDIT TO: Goombella (from youtube) - I think I got the name right

    Mario swims everywhere!
    DFB2-AF6E
    Credit To: Tony Hedstrom

The following codes are modified versions of Tony Hedstrom's Start with 700 seconds code.
    Ground is completely gone
    A3AA-D7BD
Best used with the "Mario swims everywhere code"(DFB2-AF6E), but you won't be able to get past the 1st stage.

    Start with 900 seconds
    A3AA-DDBD

Black screen / frozen with strange music
    A3AA-D4BD

Super Mario Brothers: The Lost Levels

The following code was a modified version of Tony Hedstrom's Start with 900 seconds code.

Start each stage by falling from the sky
    A3A7-DFEB
NOTE: Best used with the "Start with 900 seconds code". If not, you will die when you start stage 1-2 before going into the pipe. With the code, you'll stuck, but you can move around. When you enter the pipe, you come to the same area except that its blue. Go in the pipe again & its normal.

    Super Mario Brothers 3

Grab blocks by pushing the B button
    FD22-D662
NOTE: You can grab a block out of thin air. This also allows you to earase part of the background. You can also "dig" through pipes, walls, hills, or just about anything. Also just because you dig through a cannon on one of the airships, doesn't mean it won't fire.

Charge P meter by standing still & holding the B Button
    DDAD-6CD3 +
    DDA5-A663

CREDIT ON BOTH CODES TO: Goombella (from youtube) - I think I got the name right

Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

Do you remember the stage altering codes for SMB1 for NES? Well, I may have stumbled onto a few of them for the SNES:

Note that these codes will not allow you to play straight through the game. At some point, you'll get stuck.

    Super Mario Brothers

    All stages are underwater 1
    A3A0-D7BD
NOTE: The stages are in a different order too.

    All stages are underwater 2
    A3A0-DFBD
NOTE: The stages are in a different order too.

Stages are played in a different order 1
    A3A9-D7BD

Stages are played in a different order 2
    EEA9-DDBD

    Always play on Stage 8-3
    A3A9-DDBD
NOTE: There is one point where you'll start in an underground area, but when you go through the pipe, you'll reappear in Stage 8-3.

    Different enemies on stages
    A3A9-D4BD
NOTE: When you get to Stage 1-2, you'll notice rotating fire bars, then you'll come across Bowser. However, once you reach the end of 1-2 (where the pipe is), you'll reappear at the start of Stage 1-2.

    Weird Worlds 1
    A3AE-D7BD
NOTE: Make sure that you have a high jump or swim everywhere code active. There are areas that require you to jump much higher than usual. Even if you get past the stage, you be stuck. Also when you die, it may start you out right over a pit. If you have the mega-jump code active, if you time it right, you can jump before you start falling & make it to solid ground.

    Weird Worlds 2
    A3AE-D4BD

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    SMB: The Lost Levels

    The ground is missing
    A3A0-DFEB
NOTE: Like the one found for SMB1, you need to activate the swim everywhere code (DFB3-6485). You won't be able to clear the first stage because you'll fall after you hit the flag pole.

    Stage 1-2 is very different
    A3AC-DFEB
NOTE: This stage has a Goomba, a beetle, a koopa troopa, a hammer brother, & even a few of the characters seen on the swimming areas. It looks like a glitched swimming stage, except that you can swim. You'll also need to activate the swim everywhere code (DFB3-6485) because there are areas that you can't get past with regular jumping.
