    There are two typos.

    Infinite Health - Player 2
    FFDOC5:003A - the O needs to be a zero

    No Health - Player 2
    FFDOC5:0000 - the O needs to be a zero

Check the database, make edits if needed.

You're right about that. I copied & pasted from the database. In any case, its known that the PAR do not have any "O" characters.

Found some more interesting Royal Rumble codes:

      Sega logo outline pallette modifier
      FF055B: 00??
NOTE: I haven't done any detailed expiramenting with the values. If anyone finds anything else, feel free to post them & I'll add them.
      Values:
      00 - Black
      FF - White

      Player 1 Character Modifier
      FFD183: 00??

      Player 2 Character Modifier
      FFD185: 00??

      Player 1's Partner(s) Modifier
      FFD187: 00??

      Player 2's Partner(s) Modifier
      FFD189: 00??

      5th Person Modifier
      FFD18B: 00??

      6th Person Modifier
      FFD18D: 00??
NOTE: These codes make you play as whoever you designate regardless of who you choose. These codes will change the clothing (and sometimes the hair color & skin tone depending on who you select. For example: If you use "0C" to play as Hulk Hogan & choose Razor Ramon, you'll play as Hulk Hogan with black trunks & black knee pads. His hair is also black. Its just according to the color of the person you chose. When using the 5th & 6th person modifiers, these should ONLY be used during a match with no referee (Brawl & Royal Rumble). Player 1 & 2's partner(s) modifier will work for both the tag team, triple tag team, & even the Royal Rumble match.
      Values:
      00 - Randy Savage
      02 - Papa Shango
      04 - The Undertaker
      06 - Bret Hart
      08 - The Model
      0A - Crush
      0C - Hulk Hogan
      0E - Shawn Michaels
      10 - Razor Ramon
      12 - IRS
      14 - The Narcissist
      16 - Jim Duggan

Steel Chair Can't be picked up
      FFD4BC: 0000

Player 1 is always holding the Steel Chair
      FFD4BC: 0000
      FFD4BD: 0000
NOTE: You won't be able to do anything except swing the chair. What's cool is that you are in the ring. Normally, you can't use the chair in the ring. If the match is set to be a brawl, you can win the match, but the game will freeze just before Gene Okerlund comes into the ring. The game will also freeze if you attempt to play a Royal Rumble match. In addition, if you get knocked down with this code active, it will also freeze.

Royal Rumble Rules are always on
      FFD4A9: 0001
NOTE: This makes the Royal Rumble match always active regardless of which match you choose. It causes some strange effects though. If you're playing a 1 on 1 match, 2 other wrestlers will come into the ring until someone is eliminated, then another will enter. The referee is also in the ring too. Pinfalls are also active. Sometimes, you'll win the match without even realizing it. You & two of your opponents will raise their arms like they won.

Royal Rumble Rules are always off
      FFD4A9: 0000
NOTE: If you have this code active & select the Royal Rumble match, it will be a 1 on 1 brawl. Except that you can get out of the ring, but the steel chair is no where around. If you drain your opponent's energy outside the ring, he will stop moving (you can still pummel him). Get back into the ring to win.

Those look exaclty like the same code, I don't know if the hardware PAR2 is like the emulator. but when you have an odd ender (0,2,4,6,8,A,C,E) like you do and have 4 characters for the value its considered 16 bit code which means its covering the addresses FFD4BC , FFD4BD . If the value is just 2 characters then its 8 bit and covers only one address instead of the 2 consecutive , now looking at the code you posted they have the same value since both codes cover the same 2 addresses so I believe that you might have forgotten to change the value on one of them.
        Spoiler Alert! Click to view...

Maybe. What's weird is when I use FFD4BC by itself, it makes it to where the chair can't be picked up, but when its put with FFD4BD it makes P! always have the chair. The value was on both was "0000". I'll go back retest it again just to make sure. I used the "Change of Status" search method on the PAR. However, when I used the same method for not having the chair, I got the value "00FF". I didn't test that one, but I will tonight.

I tested them out separately & they will not work alone. I even modified the address by changing FFD4BD to FFD4BE & it doesn't work. I also tested out a couple of codes posted on the database, that I was having a hardtime with. There are a couple of codes which don't seem to work entirely:

            Referee Stays Down
            FFD0DE:03FF

            P2 Can't Be Pinned
            FFCCA7:00
I was able to find the correct code. The one that is designed for player 1 actually affects everyone. This code has the same address as the Infinite ring out time for Player 1. If its okay, I'd like to remove this one from the database, since its practically the same one as you posted. I'd also like to correct the one for Player 1 & change it to "No one can be pinned".

I've also played with that code to find this one:

            FFCCA5: 0003
            One second pinfalls
NOTE: This affects everyone. All the referee has to do is slam his hand on the mat once. He'll just say "Three!"

              Match Type Modifier
              FFD32B: 000?
NOTE: Setting the values will cause you to play that match type no matter what you choose.
              Values:
              0 - One-On-One
              1 - Tag Team
              2 - Triple Tag Team
              3 - Royal Rumble
              4 - Froze

                FFCC69: 00??
NOTE: Unlike the other character modifiers, these will not cause the character's clothing, hair, & skin color to change.

                Round Modifier in Tournament Mode
                FFD2E9: 00??
NOTE: This works for both Singles & Tag Team Tournaments. Turn off the device once you start playing. If you set the values for a Tag Team Tournament, you always compete against a Tag Team of 2 Randy Savages.
                00 - Round 1
                01 - Round 2
                02 - Round 3
                03 - Round 4
04 - Round 5 (This is the last round in a Tag Team Tournament)
                05 - Round 6
                06 - Round 7
                07 - Round 8

Most matches are played as a tournament
                  FFD32F:0002
NOTE: This will not work for the Royal Rumble match. When you select a singles, tag team, or triple tag team, you'll be playing in tournament mode. Normally, you can't play a Triple Tag Team match in tournament mode. When you select Triple Tag Team, it will also be a brawl with no referee.
