Request for San Andreas (Special Edition, any device)

I did a search, and was surprised to see no threads pertaining to San Andreas.

Anyway, I was wondering if it were possible to create codes to remove the road blocks blocking the bridges and make all properties buyable from the start. I have never seen these codes anywhere for any device. I understand if the codes are not possible. I was just curious.

I've never really seen those codes, but I do remember a few websites had what I'd call "beyond an assload" in selection for codes for games. I'm not sure which GTA game even though it was most likely SA, but there were things to put incorrect things in the city, like big rocks and trees from out of town. "All properties buyable" was probably found.
