I think I might have found the Player 1 modifier, but I can't seem to get it to work for anyone except for Bruce Blade.

Player 1 Modifier?????
FFA200: 000?

Setting the value to 0 allows you to play as Bruce Blade, but changing the values beyond that seems to cause the game to freeze. Does anyone have any ideas? I noticed that you can't make Player 2 play as Bruce Blade either (unless I just didn't go far enough with the values).
