    Most enemies can't walk or move backwards

    Turn this code off when you get to the bosses. The 1st stage boss will jump backwards & will end up going off the screen. This will mean you can't beat him.

    Enemies & Hostages constantly respawn
    01223A: 0007
    NOTE: Be sure to only rescue 1 hostage. Rescuing 1 hostge will clear the number of hostages you need to rescue before leaving the stage. If you rescue more than 1, it will max out the number of hostages needed to rescue. If that happens, you won't be able to leave the stage.

    Different Enemies on Stages
    012240: 000?
    NOTE: This will change which enemies appear on which stage. I have used values 0 - 3 & each one affects the stages differently. This code is best used with an all hostages are safe code because there are no hostages on the stage. The bonus stages will show enemies that can't hurt you as you are falling. There are no jumping ninjas on those stages.

    I took these off the database, converted them to PAR, & tested them. They all work:

    No enemies
    00874C: 6830

    Gunmen shoot enemies instead of bullets
    0011C0: 2000

    Gunmen always shoot to the right
    00ED40: 0000

    Ground doesn't open up / screen doesn't shake on stage 1-2
    00ED40: 6000

      NOTE: This has some strange effects to it. If you try to perform magic that is not supposed to be on the stage you're on, it will be glitchy. In order to use the magic turn the PAR off & press the A button. You'll perform the magic that you normally wouldn't have on that stage. Its recommended that you don't use values 01 - 03 on the boss on Stage 1-3. If you use value 1F, keep the PAR on, you'll hear the sound, enemies will continue to move around, & when you start moving again, you'll be untouchable for the rest of the level. Note that you won't be able to use your close attacks. The enemy boss on stage 1-3 won't be able to breathe fire.
      00 - Nothing
      01 - Flame Magic
      02 - Whirlwind Magic
      03 - Fireball Magic
      1F - Strange effects; affects boss on stage 1-3; makes you untouchable for the remainder of the level or until you die (falling in pits)
