megaman 2 pallete hacking

how do you edit the pallete in megaman 2? i'm working on a hack but i can't seem to permanently change the pallete.

Found these in VirtuaNES with artmoney, and tested them VirtuaNES and FCEUX's cheat utility:

Black outline
000367:??

Light Blue
000368:??

Dark Blue
000369:??

Eyes/Lifebar (black)
00036B:??

Eyes/Lifebar (white)
00036C:??

Skin/Lifebar
00036D:??

The descriptions are for his normal colors (obviously). The color mods will also affect your weapon colors

its been a long time since i checked this but i already found out how to do this (via hacking). but i am having a much more difficult-to-solve problem (which involves changing the function of the weapons in the game). how exactly do i find the addresses to do that?
