  • GG Code found for Boxing Legends of the Ring (Genesis)

    This is a variation of one of the "official" codes:

    Punch Power is beyond maxed out when creating a new boxer
    SALT-DA7N
    Your punch power gauge will stretch across the screen twice. With this code, you can easily knock your opponent down with 1, 2, or 3 punches. This code is best used with AALT-CAHE & AAMA-DA2Y. These make your chin & stamina start at nothing. If all three bars fill up, & you have something in the top bar, you won't be able to get beyond the "Train For Next Fight" screen. DO NOT TRY TO TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR PUNCH POWER BECAUSE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO USE IT ALL. When you are adjusting the power of each punch, you may want to put all of the power in your right hand.

    If someone is able to, I'd love to see the following codes found for this game:
    1. Jab power is beyond maxed
    2. Left Hook Head is beyond maxed
    3. Left Hook Body is beyond maxed
    4. Left Uppercut is beyond maxed
    5. Right Cross Head is beyond maxed
    6. Right Cross Body is beyond maxed
    7. Right Uppercut is beyond maxed
    8. Super Punches are beyond normal limits (This may be tough considering that beads can't be removed or added to this punch attribute)

      Alternate Infinite punch attribute beads

      NOTE: With the official code, you would have to turn the Game Genie off at a certain point to max out all of your punch attributes. This one you don't have to do that. In order to max every punch out, add attributes to a punch, then press B to regain the attribute beads. When you regain beads, your rating for that punch will remain the same. Just be careful not to create too many beads or you won't be able advance past that screen.

      Once a punch attribute bead is used, it can't be used for another punch

      NOTE: When you are assigning punch attributes pressing B will not return any punch attribute beads to the box at the top of the screen. This makes it possible to have no attribute points assigned to punches, making your created boxer a weakling. I played against the first (& weakest) opponent was popping him with punches & couldn't take the smile from his face in the picture.
