At the title screen, please do the following:
Press Up, Right, Down, Left, 1, 2, 1, 2, Start
''Config Mode'' will pop up. It allows you to set the number of Lives you have, the Difficulty, Stage Select, Money, and a Sound Test.

Sonic Spinball Debug Mode and Level Skip

Go to "options" then "sound FX", and listen to the certain sounds to get their codes! You'll hear a sound to confirm them.

Awesome codes. For Fantasy Zone Gear, while in the Cheat Menu, go down to mode. Now press and hold 1 and left while pressing 2. You will get the undead mode (makes you invincible).
