  • Game Genie codes found for Cyborg Justice (Genesis) & ideas

Since this game doesn't have any codes posted in the code archives, I've started messing around with Cyborg Justice & found a couple of strange codes. I'll try keep working with this game to see what I can also find.

    LACA-AVGE
    Text is missing.
NOTE: The title screen is the only wording you can see. Press start, the screen that tells you what stage you're, the number of lives you have, & the points being totaled at the end of a stage are all hidden. Its especially hard to know when you'll completely run out of lives, because you're too busy fighting the other robots.

    BASA-ANST
Robots flicker when they are moving & mostly invisible when stationary

There's one major thing I have wanted to do with this game. I always like using the Booster Body, but it doesn't come with the Lobster Claw. Usually, I have to find an enemy that has this body part, remove his weapon arm, & use the saw or crusher to remove the claw. That's assuming I don't destroy him first. This can be difficult some times. Here are my ideas & I'll start with the obvious one:

    ***Modify the non-weapon arm***
Gain more energy from using the torso
Start with 1 arm - weapon arm missing
Start with 1 arm - non-weapon arm missing
    Start with no arms
    Always able to double jump
Enemy robots will tear arms & torsos off (like the enemy bosses)

Some new GG codes. Please let me know if the master code is needed on real hardware.

      Cyborg Justice

      H2BT-AA26
Master Code (may or may not be needed on real hardware).

      D42T-GABJ
Rockets (from the sides) don't fire as often.

      AL2T-GA2W
Rockets (from the sides) never fire.

      034A-AAFE
Jump higher. Also works on "angled" jumps ("A" Button).

      SK4A-AAFE
Jump much higher. Also works on "angled" jumps ("A" Button).

EDIT: I only tested the "Jump" codes on a few of the Cyborgs. There are some other values nearby the ROM address of the code I made that MIGHT be for different jump heights for other Cyborgs. I'll play around with those values later to find out what they're for. Let me know if you have any problems with the jump codes above.

If you're using real hardware, please let me know if you needed the master code or not.

Here are some older GG codes for Cyborg Justice...

        Just for fun...

        ACMA-GAFR
        Start with no torso.

        ACMA-GAFY

That's neat, I'll give it a try as soon as I get home. Thanks. I'll especially be looking forward to trying the arm, torso, & leg codes.

I tried these codes & they are awesome. I tried playing around with them to see if I could find one that removed the non-weapon arm. So far, nothing yet. I'll have to work with them in more detail to find it.

BigBossman, earlier I mentioned that I had found some interesting values in the Cyborg Justice ROM. I checked them out and they are values for the walking speeds of different types of legs. Are you interested in those types of codes? You can make it so that some enemies can't walk (or walk very slow), while you can walk normal speed (or faster).

                  Cyborg Justice

                  EB4A-AAFG
Most enemy Cyborgs walk VERY slow. Any Cyborg (including yours) that uses Jogging legs, Somersault legs, Tank legs, or Pneumatic legs, walks VERY slowly. Very useful if you pick one of the other legs.

                  AB4A-AJFG
Most enemy Cyborgs walk faster. Any Cyborg (including yours) that uses Jogging legs, Somersault legs, Tank legs, or Pneumatic legs, walks faster.

                  AB4A-AJFJ
Any Cyborg (including yours) that uses Spiked legs, will walk faster.

                  AB4A-AJFL
Any Cyborg (including yours) that uses Big Foot legs, will walk faster.

                  ===========================

Any of those codes can be easily modified to adjust walking speed. The higher the number, the faster you walk.

Yes. Those codes are in the "BSFree" section, but they never made it to the regular Sega section.

                      Thanks Mez.

P.S. I already mentioned it to Helder, but I'll make sure to format my codes correctly in the future.
