Streets of Rage 3 (Genesis) - Code Found

I took one of the codes posted by Daminmancejin & modified it a little bit & got an interesting effect:

BAWA-AAJ0
Can change characters anytime you enter a new area

Note: When you enter a new area no one will appear. Press start & you'll be able to choose your character. This doesn't eat up continues either.

Does BAWA-AAJ0 allow you to play as Shiva and Roo also?

No. Unfortunately, it'll only allow you to play as the main 4 characters. However, if you can unlock Shiva & Roo in the game, once you enter a new area, you can choose them. I am wondering if there's a code where you can play as Roo. I've seen it for Ash & Shiva, I'm surprised it hasn't been found yet.
