New Shadow Squadron 32x ROM Hacks

Many thanks to Mezmorize for showing me how to use Cheat Engine. Easier for doing some 32x ROM hacks than using the ancient debugger in the "standard" build of Gens. Gens "Tracer" won't work on 32x (SH2) assembly.

Shadow Squadron / Stellar Assualt 32x

NOTE: ROM MUST be in "bin" format, or the hacks won't work.


$07CC:6002
32x Master Code (must use). Go to ROM address $07CC and change the B446 to 6002.


$10BE6E:0009
Engines don't use up any fuel (works on either Feather 1 or Feather 2). Go to
ROM address $10BE6E and change the 3208 to 0009.


$10D9A0:0009
"Feather 2" ship won't use up any sheild power when you use the special weapon
(special weapon is activated by double tapping the "A" button and holding it on
the second tap). Doesn't work on "Feather 1" ship. Go to ROM address $10D9A0
and change the 3028 to 0009.

Note that there aren't any emulators that I know of that support these codes, so you'll have to hack your ROM.

I figured you were just being nice, but wouldn't really use CE cause you were set in your ways LOL.

Well to be honest, if it's for Genesis/MD, I still use other programs. But for "some" 32x codes, CE is much easier than what I was using. In fact, I had stopped making those types of 32x codes/hacks because they were so difficult and time consuming.

Just found out that these codes will work fine in Kega Fusion v3.63 (no hacking necessary). Also, it appears that the master code is probably not needed when using Kega Fusion.
