Request for Battletoads

I was thought of other codes that I haven't seen posted for Battletoads for Sega Genesis yet:

1. Jump higher (on turbo tunnel stage)
2. Jump higher (on stage 6)
3. Infinite energy (on stage 5 - surfing)
4. Float above obstacles while surfing
