Wonder Boy III The Dragon's Trap

The "Infinite" Block Item code 00CF-XXFF made by both Rune and cold won't let the auto converter of my Kega Fusion emulator version 3.64 enter the code. It keeps giving me the message "Invalid code, or too many codes" message. I put the code in and put the code all as one(by taking the hyphen out) so it can automatically convert it to an Action Replay code but that message always keep appearing. Help please. Thank you in advance.

there should be a value list in the notes

All it showed at gscentral was what i posted here. No digit list to be found when I clicked on "View" just has the description but no digit values.

Now that's truly odd, it must be my monitor but it looks like our database exists and is functioning correctly:
