When in battle ONLY, make sure your Heal spell is at the bottom of your Magic menu. Keep using the spell over and over until your health is at maximum. You can do this repeatedly when in battle. When you gain a level, your HP will go down, but you can do the spell again in battle and it will go back up. Make sure the Infinite MP code is in place too.
