Here are a few codes i made for the medievil demo:
Enable cheat menu:
300F3492 0003
Note: Pause the game to have access to various options such as View FMV, Sound Test, Camera, Cheats and Debug.
Level Modifier (L1 + L2 + R1 + R2)

Note: Hold said combination before a level loads.
Level Modifier values
01 - The Graveyard
02 - Return to the Graveyard (Level card appears but then a CD with a Warning sign pops up.)
03 - Cemetery Hill
04 - The Hilltop Mausoleum
06 - Dan's Crypt
12 - Hall of Heroes
Credits go to Hacc for the original codes (retail version), without which i wouldn't have been able to make these.
Also, something i noticed when i was searching the games memory is that i found the same push button codes as in the NTSC retail version, but they don't seem to do work.
