OK i can not get it to work with my game shark pro 3.0 it freezes in the first intro screen with Aerith,i try turning off the codes before time but it still freezes in the first intro screen with Aerith.

Is the disc in good shape and everything including the lens in the console clean? This mostly sounds like a physical issue, rather than codes related.

My ff7 as some minor scratches on it my system work great its just this game the with old gameshark you plug in the back of system my cdx work good but you can turn codes off when using it.
