Hi, I've done a bit of searching around here and I think that some good code requests for Gran Turismo 2 would be

*selected car has all upgrades (without having to purchase upgrades)
*start game with all licenses
*start game with X races completed (** for each race you want to have completed upon starting)
*start game with X amount of cash (too much cash to start with can spoil the game for some $675,000 maybe)
