OK so I figured, it had to had been a hack if they were playing it in the movie. I would LOVE to have this ROM.

its not a hack but what would be concidered a homebrew plus i think it was an authentic NES game ie working on a real NES

Video game hacking is completely unethical, so never involve yourself in such activities. Of course watching stuff for free on 123movie is unethical too. I hope people stay away from such stuff.
