    That "ABOUT" doesn't help much in explaining its purpose. Maybe it's "broken" because it has nothing to launch. You did make it an ISO to be run in pSX, right?. pSX might have command line options to run a specific .exe from the disc.

    If I'm not mistaken, it was ABOUT and FBALLS.

    Edit:
    I'm stupid, it's not about, it's MENU.exe

    Official U.S. PlayStation Magazine Demo Disc 13 [U] [SCUS-94275]

    X:\MENU\MENU.EXE

    X:\FBALLS\FBALLS.EXE

    What was the name of the .exe?

    There was actually a 2nd hidden EXE, but I think it's broken...

    You can run any .exe (SLUS, SLES, etc) with a mod-chip such as the Game Hunter or Gold Finger. You have to use the CD-ROM viewer. A lot of the OPM demos have button cheats to access a hidden game or video. There might be a way to access it.

    The PS1 demo named "Official U.S. PlayStation Magazine Disc 13 [U] [SCUS-94275]" has an interesting EXE located on the ISO.

    It seems to be some kind of test exe related to PSX video...

    The exe is called FBALLS which I suppose is Fast Balls. It starts off as just one ball, and you use the controller to change the numbers/balls.

    ePSXe will run it by using the run psx-exe option, but for pSX and a real system, you will need to put the exe on a disc.

    Here's how to make the exe an iso for use in pSX or other emulators:
    1. With ImgBurn use the option "Write files/folder to disc"
    2. Go to options and choose mode 2.
    3. Drag-and-drop the exe onto ImgBurn to add it to the disc image, it's important to have it named "PSX.EXE" if it's the only file on the disc

    Vandal Hearts [U] [SLUS-00447]

    The PS1 Game Vandal Hearts may have a debug menu or something...
    Both Cheat Engine and Hex Workshop show the following text, all together:

    BATTLE
    FONT OFF
    DEBUG MODE
    INVENT MAP
    GAME START
    UNIT SELECT
    SELECT B

    Invent maybe is short for Inventory, I dunno.

    No problem. Oh, OK.

    Ignore the intentionally disabled stuff about the passwords. I forgot to test them for the "Create Golfer" option. They work under that option. Sorry about that.

    Thanks.

    I didn't really miss those other ones though.
    It's just that I seen that they were already known, and on GameFaqs.

    I made a code out of the RUBACO and POQAKI passwords.

    Edit: I didn't think to check the database. ViperByte already made a code to unlock the courses and golfers.

    All Power-ups Unlocked
    800CCD40 0A0A
    800CCD42 0A0A
    800CCD44 0A0A
    800CCD46 0A0A

    All Courses Unlocked
    3008D824 000F

    3008D825 00?? controls the golfers unlocked. I think the passwords to unlock their alternate versions were intentionally disabled. This is based on the fact that the normal and Kid versions are the same. These passwords from the list are the unlockers:

    HALOGU = Tiger
    NALAHI = Chip
    WUGAKU = Inga
    MUNOZA = Mia
    LEFAKO = Steel
    SIVUJO = Carmen

    You also missed the following passwords:

    They each unlock a different course.

    SECARE
    PORASO
    HARESO
    NAMOPI

    I have no idea what the rest of them do. They are probably alternate codes to some of these passwords.

    I was hacking this game a while back trying to access the Debug Menu. I have access to this disc, so I'll have a look at it later.

    Rugrats - Search for Reptar [U] [SLUS-00650]

    I don't see anywhere at all to enter a Password on this game...

    Yet a hex editor shows "Enter Secret Password" "Invalid Secret Password" and "Debug Menu".

    I bet you'll figure it out Hacc!

    Here's some more text:
    "INPUT YOUR SECRET PASSWORD BY PRESSING THE BUTTONS ON YOUR CONTROLLER"
    "
    DN.PITCH.
    UP...
    UP.PITCH.
    DN...RT
    LT. TURN....
    LT
    RT.
    TURN....
    PAUSE GAME
    "

    I can't think of a title right off, but at least 3 or 4 times I've found a password and thought it did nothing.

    Stupid me never thought to scan if it really does nothing or not...
