Marvel Vs Capcom 2 dreamcast request

There are a few codes that I'm hoping to acquire for Marvel vs Capcom 2 on the Dreamcast, if possible. The first would be for hyper armor for all characters (it's the mode that Zangief and Colossus can shift into as supers) the second is stopped timers, (i.e. infinite time on transformation specials) and the last one is the ability for both players to hit one another from anywhere on the screen. I'm crossing my fingers that these codes are feasible as I've scoured the world wide webiverse for them to no avail. If it turns out that this isn't the correct section for this request, I hope it will be placed in the appropriate one.

I'm not sure what constitutes bumping etiquette, but I'd like to keep this in plain view just in case it draws the roving eyes of somebody who possesses the skill necessary to create these codes.

So is my request even remotely feasible or do Dreamcast requests not really warrant that much attention?

problem with dreamcast is that there isnt much in terms of available tools out there for one of us to just pickup and start hacking, its a shame dreamcast never got the tools needed.
