There is the possibility of a debug menu hidden in this game. I was able to load a different main menu, but unable to select the "Cheats" option, or any option for that matter.

Cheat Area START: 8008B624
Cheat Area END: 8008B68C

The button cheats use Reverse Joker command values.

! Some codes take effect at certain areas/events in the game. I have been unable to figure out what the unknown's do.

Unknown Cheat 1:
Press Start to pause game play, then hold Select and press Square, Circle, Up, Circle, Down.

Unknown Cheat 7:
Press Start to pause game play, then hold Select and press L2, Right, R2, Down, Square.

Restore Lives (Correct code):
Press Start to pause game play, then hold Select and press R2, Circle, R1, L1, Circle.
