  • PS1 Action Replay v4.20 NTSC version Question

If anybody has a copy Action Replay v4.20 NTSC can you tell me what it says at the ps1 logo screen when it loads please!
going through the ARCDX.EXE I extracted out of an ISO I download of the net, in hex it says this

Also I think I've found out why older versions of Action Replay don't work with the PS2 it's because 00x4C-7F is totally blank in CDX V3.3 although when booted up on a ps1 it says "This product is NOT Licensed or Endorsed by SCEE TM" on my pal cheat disc ugh??? where is it pulling the data from to display this message.
Does anybody also know how to change the video signal of a PS-X EXE via hex like you can with a PS2 ELF.

I have not tested this, but I have an archive named mode20.zip, here is the download link.
    Code:

Mode Changer is a cool little util that changes the videomode of a psx
exe from pal<->ntsc. Also supports yaroze exes, along with 'Combined'
                                   Yaroze exes.

NEW TO VERSION 2.0: Increased detection, should work on more files now.
