"Semi" Universal Regional Lockout Bypass Codes (Genesis/Mega Drive)
If you have a game cartridge from a different region and it won't play
on your console, the codes below MIGHT allow you to bypass the regional
lockout. The codes below will *NOT* work in all cases.
All these codes do is change the country letter in the Genesis ROM header,
but not all games use that letter to determine the region.
EAAT-BL1T
"USA" (U). This code will make some non USA cartridges work on a USA
Genesis console.
EAAT-AL1T
"Europe" (E). This code will make some non European cartridges work on
a European Mega Drive console.
EAAT-AY1T
"Japan" (J). This code will make some non Japanese cartridges work on
a Japanese Mega Drive console.

Here's a partial list of games that the codes above will work on...
Castlevania - Bloodlines (tested by me on real hardware)
Castlevania - The New Generation (tested on an emulator)
Jurassic Park (tested on an emulator)
Megaman the Wily Wars (tested on an emulator)
Sonic 3 (tested by someone else on real hardware)
Sonic Spinball (tested on an emulator)
