JNES hack question

Would JNES's "Hack folder" be the one titled "Docs"? The other two folders that came with the emulator were "Saves" and "Screengrabs". Lunar IPS is the patch that will allow me to play the Super Mario Bros hacked game ROMs on that site.

How the hell do I do this? I followed the instructions as best I could. Anybody have a patched ROM of "Strange Super Mario Bros" ( http://www.derok.net/emulation/hacks...io%20Bros..zip ) already?
