  • hacking 3d models of psx games

    HI

    I am here new...

    I am searching for an application which can search and export/import files from psx games... exatcly i want appliction which can search for TMD files

    (These are models of psx games)


    and i found it


    but... this is not so good...


    first TMD_RIP by paradox

    that application works but it saves his files i packed files and i can't unpack they/these

    exatcly all TMD's are in one bigfile


    I want all these files individually

    and this...

    this is a viewer/editor/importer of TMD files

    name: Jum's 3d model editor




    this is a stupid concern of it...


    but i have the e3d dat behind the application



    Please help me...

    this would only work on some early psx games as most don't use tmd files

      There's a huge number of TMD models in Legend of Dragoon. I think Milkshape is supposedly capable of reading them directly... And there is very likely nothing capable of properly handling these files being that they're almost entirely unused for the past 12 years.

      As far as your issues with the model editor, it likely needs to be run from the same folder it sits in, and may need to have no spaces in the path.

          I have a question is their anything that I could use to rip or veiw models from metal gear solid?

            If you can't find something to open the formats you could always use a DirectX or OpenGl ripper along via an emulator.
