    EDIT: I realized that all the striked-over codes that I "discovered" were figured out by other people years ago (Gamefaqs, BSFree and in this very site). My mistake for not researching, sorry . The one for battletoads in battlemaniacs that gives 999 pins was figured also, but only sets 99 pins (sets just one address) instead of 999 (the one i made that sets 2 addresses). Adding it or not is within your own criteria.

        Just so you know the real GG for NES can only have 3 codes at one time so that huge invincibility code you have in the previous post wont work in a real GG and NES just thought I'd Let you know.

              Whoa, finally, at least some replies

              I know well that the real GG cannot handle more than 3 GG codes, but all those codes overwrite many addresses in which the address that controls player state (walking, flying, dead) is written.

              The address I'm talking is $0565. You can make a PAR code like 0565:00 to make the guy invincible, but it won't let you fly. Perhaps there's another variable which tells whether if the player is dead or has collisioned with something.

              Thanks for your replies and suggestions!

              By the way, have the codes posted here in green been added?. I know there's already a code posted by me that gives invincibility to the player, but it doesn't let him to win bonus point boxes or extra lives. It can't touch ANYTHING :S. The codes in green let you do that.

              I also forgot that the VVVAXUVK GG code for predator (NES) (U) fills your energy gauge too, but with the gauge full it doesn't have any effect obviously. I just thought it was worth to mention.

                  Took a look, this time didn't use any address, and found the detection for the collission, you're right megaman_exe, I found seven, after that I stoped searching for the others.

                    Hi VisitntX! Thanks for verifying! . Too bad GG can't handle more than 3 GG codes. Those cases of collision detection are for different kinds of enemies, some of them are bullets, some flying enemies, some are mines and some are for bosses.

                    I've got more codes right now. These are GG codes for the NES (actually famicom) game Donkey Kong Jr (J).

                      Mi amigo, todo bien por aquí, espero que todo ande bien por allá.

                      Most games should have a master address for collission that in the worse case it will make also invincible the cpu, but with some backtracking and foretracking you should be able to identify the correct piece that only affect the player. Too bad this is not the case, but well, at least those codes works great.

                            Great! I see you inserted an RTS (return from subroutine) opcode in the LDA #05:


                            $D405:A9 05 LDA #$05
                            replaced to
                            $D405:60 RTS
                            $D406:05 85 ORA $85


                            But sometimes I'm not lucky enough inserting RTS's in the collision detection routines. Sometimes the game hangs undefinetely.

                            I'll search for more codes in the mean time.
