Thank you for posting that for anyone who didn't have the item values, Maori.

There's quite a few seemingly useless unknown items in the game that you'll never pick up normally. Close attention to detail will reveal that some of these items are identical to some of the items found on a ritualistic alter of the town's cult towards the end of the game (won't say where in case anyone's not beaten it by now), and are actual items from Silent Hill 2 used to get one of that games endings. One has to wonder, if you're holding these unused items in you hands, then does that mean they planned them to be the key to another ending but changed their minds?
Just, you know, to explain a little about that.

anyone know of a way to fix the full item box situation, where if you put in duplicates and the box fills up you can't take or drop any items - thus, the game becomes unplayable, or rather you can't continue past the next time you'd need to pick up an item. This happened to me only once, when I first started using the item codes (long before I found this site), and I had to start over from most of the way through the game. I know better now, but someone else might have an unusable save that they'd like to continue but can't because of this problem. I don't guess anyone knows of codes that effect the item box? Thanks.

I thought there were codes already made that affect the item box. Maybe I saw them for a different region of the game and they weren't ported? I can't remember, it's been a long time since I last looked.
