Yes, I think there is an easy way to make a GG to always let the dipswitches active. Actually, I was planning do it.

Settings that can be set switching some combinations. So if you have numbered switches from 1 to 5, playing with combinations of those, on or/and off, will do differente effects, configurations.

but the characters only move fast when they are standing or punch or kicking but not moveing with speed
