Code request for Megaman 3

Is it hard to find a code that makes you go through walls in this game? If you can, please post it , I have a code that keeps the screen from stopping when you reach the end, but I have to get through the wall since climbing down the ladder doesn't work when the scrolling hasn't stopped (you just die from pitfall).
