Can't get VBA Cheat Code List to work
I extracted the cheat code list file into my virtual boy advance file folder. Then I launched Fire Emblem, clicked on cheats, then load cheat list. I loaded the only cheat list in there (1235 - Fire Emblem (U).clt ) ... Finally I clicked on the cheat list, but it comes up with an empty box. What am I doing wrong?

For Those Having Trouble
If you can't see the codes, make sure you're renaming the file to the same as the rom you're playing on. For example, if you're playing The Last Promise, and your ROM file name is The Last Promise v2.1 (this is what I have), rename the file to "The Last Promise v2.1" and it should show up.

Also it depends on what version the VBA that made the Cheat file was. So VBA 1.72 might load or not on a 1.8X and vice versa, the emulator should be stated when posting saves/save states/cht files as it does make a difference in compatibility.Spoiler Alert! Click to view...

Omg i like completely forgot the url for this site and just happened to find it again
also just a side note http://fireemblem.wikia.com/wiki/Fir...m_%28series%29 according to that page the first FE for gba was in fact never released in america but there is a fan translation patch for it the game is called Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade although its story takes place after the first FE gba release in america :| seriously LOL
also you guys need to make your own ctl's using the codes we provided :| stop trying to dl the ctl
i already said it most likely wont work :|
@helder sorry for forgetting about you ;( *sadness and tears*Last edited by Touma; 04-23-2015, 02:03:58 PM.
