  • Super Mario All Stars (SNES)

    I was hoping someone could make a Game Genie (prefered) or PAR Multi-jumps code for Super Mario Bros. 3 like the one on the NES.

    Thanks.

        SMB3:
        Multi-Jumps (Based off of the Galoob code for the NES version. Should work identically to it)

          Thanks very much ugetab. Code works like a charm.

          If I could sneak one more request here for the same game - Super Mario All Stars (Super Mario Bros. 3)

          Here is the code I want like the NES version:

          Start and stay as Raccoon Mario NXKXGLIE
          (When using this code to fight Bowser, stand in front of the door and hold Up. Mario will pass through when the door opens and enter the chamber with the princess. Mario may get caught in Bowzer's time trap forever if this is not done).

            Start and Stay as ?
            CBA1-6BDA
            D?A1-6B0A

            F = Small Mario
            4 = Super Mario
            7 = Fire
            0 = Raccoon
            9 = Frog
            1 = Tanooki (Can't change forms)
            5 = Sledgehammer

                  Is it possible to make multi-jump codes for all the games in All-Stars, even World? =P

                    You can generally convert a normal SMW code to SMWAS version by decoding the SMW version, then adding 300000 to the address listed, and converting it back to a normal code. I did this with a few choice codes myself as an example, but you can take your own pick of codes this way.

                    As for multi-jump codes for the other games, I'd likely end up finding someone else's code and converting it anyways. I'll consider trying to when my alphabetically oriented jkdefrag is done.

                      Here are some SM All Star GG codes I made many years ago. To be honest, I think I made these GG codes before I fully understood how to make SNES Game Genie codes (Hi ROM, Lo ROM, etc), so there is a chance they may not work on a real SNES, but they worked fine on ZSNES and SNES9x. On of these days I'll go back over them and see if I made them correctly.

                      Original SNES Game Genie codes created by:

                      Super Mario All-Stars

                      NOTE: These codes only work on the "Super Mario Bros"
                      part of the game.

                      292B-67DE
                      Mario is invincible (you can still die from falling
                      down holes or touching the spinning fire sticks).

                      D989-0D02
                      Jump as high as you want! Mario will keep going up
                      and up until you release the button. No more need to
                      use 3 seperate jump codes (like in the Galoob code
                      book), this 1 code does it all!

                      DD8E-D702
                      Ultimate multi-jump code!! By tapping the jump button
                      repeatedly, you can make Mario "float" as high or as
                      low as you want! You will keep "floating" as long as
                      you keep tapping the jump button. No more need to use
                      3 seperate jump codes (like in the Galoob code book),
                      this 1 code does it all! Try this code, you'll love it!

                      When you lose a life, you will automatically be warped
                      to the last level of the game (world 8).

                      This code makes it easy to remember which pipes you
                      can and can't go down. Pipes you can go down look
                      normal, but pipes you can't go down are upside-down.

                      Mario swims everywhere!

                        Hi Tony,

                        yes I know about these really great codes of yours. I seen them on the BS Free site and I do use some of them!

                        I like to patch my roms permanently with Game Genie codes, mainly to use on the Super NES Emulator for the PS2. Now that I finally have a PSP, I play the games (Super NES, Sega Genesis) a lot on that system.

                        I also know about your site The Code Hut. You have made a lot of awesome codes!

                        Thanks.
