could someone hack a element modifier code for cc that would allow me to give ozzie flea and slash "max defense" and other techs. I would also love a code that would allow me to put any element/tech on any character in-game, instead of activating 48 codes at time.

Well, I am no hacker...well I have 'hacked' codes before with the GSPro and known value search, but lay no claim to them heh because by the time I found them on my own someone else had them made. :P
But as for your code wishes, first of all do you mean Game Shark, or Code Breaker? I hope Game Shark, as that is indeed the better device for PSX anyway.
Anyway, if IS GameShark, I shall look through my book of printed out CC codes, I think, that element mods for enemies were amde and in the gamefaqs code printout I had printed a good time ago. I shall look, I do believe that was made.
As for your other code request, about being able to put in any element/magic or tech into any slot on any character, that is a code NOT made and I also would love that as well, that code alone would well allow even me also to erase 48 code lines per character in my own GSPro and again allow more space.
What they mean I believe code hackers, please if you could do this is like the elements/techs you get in the list of usible techs/elements (like Zoah's Toss & Spike and such, what they mean is a code that allows that and any other tech/element picked up to be placed with 'anyone' (Exp Give Steena, Zoah's Toss & Spike and such) That being able to be done with one code instead of a line of codes, some 38 to 48 per character would be ncie please if possible, please.

Well, lean more towards GameShark then, as is CodeBreaker is 'okay' nothing against it, but alot more code types are avalible for GS only, and as for effects being 'savible' well just have to await to see is someone can make and hack these codes requests.
