I need help again. Search' a GAME GENIE "Never lost rings" - Code and Infinite Life.
Found only Action Replay Codes on gscentral.org:

As far as I know, without a special emulator (or an extra program to use codes on any random program), you can't use codes on emulated Sega CD games. And really, GameGenie codes for them are incredibly unlikely, being that GG is specifically a ROM modifier, and that doesn't apply to CDs.

Well, Sonic CD uses Genesis RAM, so it's easily possible to use PAR/GG codes for this game. The codes you're referring to are mine, and they work... But, they only work flawlessly in an unreleased emulator I used to create them in the first place.

If you use Gens32, it's *possible* to create your own cheats that way (I have, before creating the PAR codes in question).
