Genesis: McDonald's Treasure Land region bypass GG code needed

A friend of mine bought the Japanese Mega Drive McDonald's Treasure Land game because he loves McDonald's. He eats two double cheeseburgers every day. I don't blame him. Obviously he wants to play this game to remind him of how glorious McDonald's is. But he has the Japanese version and needs to play it on his US Genesis, and the only tool he has is a Game Genie. I am posting for him because he can't type since he is going into McDonald's withdrawal.
