As for kotm2 if it's anything like normal fighters it's likely a ROM cheat (GG) won't be possible in the small number of GG code slots available and you'd have to live with a RAM cheat (PAR) as it's highly likely it would use the same code for both players so you'd poss. end up with a cheat that would give both players (inc CPU) inf energy.

I also don't know is it possible to make the code you've requested for King of Monsters 2. The following codes are different, but they may be helpful too:

ALRT-EAHC
You can control an enemy using 2nd joystick.

8CPT-F954
0 HP for enemy. Downside: insane amount of HP for player 2 in VS mode.
