GBA Codes Help Requested (VBA -M)

Hi guys. I am trying to get codes to work for GBA games, mainly Mega Man Battle Network 5 US version, for play on VBA-M. I found codes on here, but am confused about selecting either Decrypted, or Encrypted codes. Most of the codes on game page are for Codebreaker. Help greatly appreciated
