i need help hacking/patching super nes roms?

ok so i have a few snes roms that im trying to hack cheat codes into. i have GGguy but it only works with game genie codes and soem of my games like star fox for example use raw codes how do i hack or patch the raw codes into the game? below is a pic showing an example of the raw code, as you can see circled in red is the code what program do i use to patch this code into the rom so the cheat will work?

if this is too complicated wthen what about patching pro action replay cyeat codes into the rom?

Sd2snes / FXpak already support game genie and pro action replay cheat codes

lee4 would rather not have to put the codes in every time i wanna play the game its easier to just load a rom that has the codes patched into the rom if that makes any sense

gamehacking database has option to export cheat codes to xml file for sd2snes / fxpak

lee4 once i download the XML files where on my fxpakpro do i place said files?

1.
open xml file in any text editor
enable cheats as they are disabled by default

2.
save file with same name of rom

3.
put xml file inside cheats folder inside of sd2snes folder

lee4 sorry for the late reply i was able to get every game to work via the method you mentioned except super ghouls n ghost any idea why the codes for that usa game dont work? also how do i get ram codes to work?
