[Request] Perform Special moves in mid air - Clayfighter Tournament Edition SNES

I have been working with a few folks on discord to make a new revision of Clayfighter TE (SNES) for Fightcade 2.

One feature that has been asked is the ability to perform special moves in mid air. Any help is greatly appreciated and credit will be given.
