Sega Master System II Cheat Devices?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question but if this is in the wrong section, please place in the right one.

Anyway, I recently acquired a Sega Master System II Power Base. What I wanted to ask is what cheat devices are guaranteed to work with this system. I am aware of a SMS Pro Action Replay but unfortunately it is PAL and this system is NTSC, not to mention it isn't easy to get one inside the USA without spending a hefty nickel. I don't recall there being a Game Genie for Sega Master System but one for the Sega Game Gear. Can the Sega Game Gear Game Genie work on the Sega Master System II? I'm really hoping there is something I can use for this system.

Livevil, I have a Pro Action Replay and it works on my NTSC console model 1 just fine. It should work on your model 2 just fine. The Pro Action Replay is expensive. There was a prototype Game Genie made, but I don't think it was ever dumped yet.
