it is just a general request: if a game just have the subtitles in a language different from english then none will need the european version , but if a pal game have different voice overs\dubbing then please consider to create the great codes you all usually create for those versions too , currently the only codes for the pal versions of the ps2 games are those from codejunkies and as you know they are mostly useless , the best codes ever created come from the hackers of this site but mostly for the ntsc versions , so yeah i am asking to all the hackers to consider more for their great creations even those ps2 pal games with different voice overs
