why action replay sucks so much? whatever i use those codes in the ps2 or in an emulator they still tend to: not work at all just like i didn't even activated them, crash or soft-block the game, and i know that this doesn't happen when it comes about the pokemon games for the mobile nintendo consoles , so i want to know if the problem is that developers of action replay max just don't like the ps2 games or they aren't prepeared or motivated enough to make working codes, this is a problem especially because they are the only ones who do codes for the PAL versions of the games for ps2 while the best codes ever created are only for the ntsc versions , this is like implying that for most of the pal games there really aren't any codes at all

Well, I used Action Replay MAX with some PAL PS2 fighting games and found it working most of the time. Yes, there are codes that won’t work, but most of those I tried did. The biggest problem was booting from the AR MAX disc which would fail most times, leading to three, four, five retries.

see ? this crap doesn't occur with other cheat devices or the cheat system of the emulator for ps2 :O and as i said we need more good hackers to create functioning cheats for all those games that have multiple voice over because for example i am italian and i always have difficulties to find a complete series of cheats for games that also include the voice over in my language , clearly i don't have any problems with those games that only have the subtitles in my language , for them i can just use the ntsc version and as you said yourself the damn actionreplay max just doesn't work sometimes , it seem that the format of the cheats itself is just a motherfucking waste of timesOriginally posted by Atsushi View PostWell, I used Action Replay MAX with some PAL PS2 fighting games and found it working most of the time.
