[REQUEST] Mega Man 8 & Mega Man X 4-6 (PSX) Double Jump/Jump In Midair Codes

I have seen many different "jump" codes for these games but nothing as simple as a double jump/jump in midair code (like ones that exist for other Mega Man games on the NES, SNES, Genesis,etc.). Is it even possible to create one for them?
