[Request] PS2 Urban Reign [SLUS-21209] Player 3 and 4 codes

Hi all. ^^ Could someone please be so kind as to add some codes to Namco’s “Urban Reign” for PS2? This game allows up to four players (human or CPU), but all the available codes are limited to P1 and P2. They’re working fine, now I’d like to have especially:

Head Always Good Condition
Torso Always Good Condition
Legs Always Good Condition
and
No Special Arts Gauge

for P3 and P4 each. The codes are intended for use within the BDD9BAAD.pnach file for PCSX2 but I’ll be fine with any code format that can be converted accordingly using Omniconvert or PCSX2 Cheat Converter.
