[Request] (N64) WWF No Mercy (USA) Rev A codes

I would like to request Always Special codes for Players 1,2,3, and 4 on WWF No Mercy (USA) Rev A. Also, if possible, I would also like to have Ultimate Codes for Players 1,2,3 and 4. The Ultimate codes would be nice, but I am fine with just the Always Special codes for Players 1-4. None of the codes work from the 1.0 version of the game.
