Is the code you are requesting a bar by chance?

Unfortunately, I don't think so. It's one of the mission objectives of stage 3 to stay undetected as you make your way to save the president. If you get detected by guards you will fail the mission.

I wouldn't know what to look for going to take a lot of time to hack that code.

I'm not sure either but I imagine it would probably have something to do with messing with some of the internal flags of the game maybe within the ELF file itself?

I wouldn't know what to search for. I never hacked that type of code for ps2.
